「The room was beautiful!! It’s recently been done apparently, and there was a lovely hamper and fridge with food and drinks included. The only issue was the shower wasn’t amazing and was hard to get to the right temperature. Otherwise staff super lovely to and great pub! Highley recommend - Lauren 」

「Clean and quiet. Good location, just opposite to the train station and 15 min walk to the Rochester high street. Room is newly furnished and comfortable.」

「Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially as I have food intolerances. Free parking which is rare in Rye. Close to restaurants and pubs in Rye. We had a riverside room which is much quieter than streetside. 」

As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. 「This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room...
