Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. 「The room was so cute! I loved the retro theme and how they kept many of the original details like the original pink tile in the bathroom and the penny tile on the floor, to the original “do not disturb” slide on the door and the room key on the large keychain with our room number on it. There is even a working phone booth on the premises. The room was clean and smelled like clean laundry! The bed was ultra comfy. This is a must stop if you are in the area!」

「Decent property. Great staff, especially Ed. After checking in, we found out shower/bath wasn't working and they apologetically moved us without hesitation. In the meantime, my son checked out the hot tub and pool which had leaves and some papers in, just from a typical day I'm sure. I mentioned it to Ed and he hustled to clean it. Good guy!」

「We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The Cowboy Cabin was very clean and comfortable for our family of five for a two day stay. Nicely decorated with southwestern motif. 「The lady at the reception is so kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The backyard of the motel is a huge terrain where you can hike and have a great view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Thanks!」
