"I’ve stayed here a few times over the years, so it’s not really that bad, the pool is never usable, the breakfast is a joke, the rooms are worn and the bathroom is especially worn out. "I just needed a clean comfortable room to sleep. The room was perfect. Cold air, nice shower, bed was fine. Enjoyed watching Tv. No other amenities. No breakfast, coffee etc or anyone at the front desk alot of the times. Phones do not work in the room or when you try calling. You have to book online or possibly at the front desk if someone there. Again, the room was surprisingly nice"

"Check in seemed smooth with no issues, gave my ID and signed paperwork. checked in at 10 pm to stay local before my son’s procedure the next morning. Started getting calls at 1 am asking if I still needed my room. Front desk checked me in under someone else name. When I went to check out my reservation could not be found, they had someone else’s name connected to my room with the other information being mine, phone number, address, etc. When I checked out I was charged $20 for parking after I booked my room with the parking pass, but was still charged because they couldn’t find my booking because the names were changed in the system."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also very nice and not too thick like most hotel pillows. The location was excellent for access to Louisville via the new bridge or to Jeffersonville via I-265 or Highway 62. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the menu looked good as well. Would gladly stay there again the next time we are in the area."
