「The pictures are nothing like the hotel hall and rooms. It is getting old, there is no pressure in the bathroom, there were insects in my room. This is very far from a 4 star hotel. Maybe it was 20 years ago.」

「太棒了 服務到位 房間設施應有盡有 泳池很清澈 早餐很優質」

「My 2 night stay at Hilton Garden Inn was excellent. I found the Hotel as one of the best hotels I have stayed as a solo busines straveller. The staff was very warm, friendly, helpful and hospitable ! highly recommended hotel and I will definitely come back to stay here. Kudos and Thank you to Hotel Manager and all staff.」

「good level of service, buffet options a bit limited. Lunch and dinner buffet have no drinks options other than coffee and water.」

「客房乾淨 服務人員好」

「This hotel is located close to airport, and should provide free airport pick-up service as given in the hotel homepage. I asked for this pick-up service because I was first time in India, speaking no Indian and landing very late at 10:30 pm. I sent in advance 4 emails (the first email 3 weeks ahead) via Hotels.com to ask for the service, but NO REPLY at all. At the end it cost me a great effort to arrive in this hotel, short before midnight. Unlucky that I got a very noisy room in the 2nd...

「super convenient location to the international arrival terminal Mumbai - 5 minutes walking distance. Clean and nice room with reasonable size for affortable money. The staffs were friendly and efficient. 」

「Very good, nice staff and meal.」
