Pool and gym were not very good, seemed a little bit of a dumping ground, relocate the gym and make the pool area a more enjoyable place to be, open it up with a retractable canopy to allow people to enjoy the sunshine. Spa was first class."

"the rooms and facilities were not kept well, seepage throughout the room, visible electric faults, rooms were dusty, the AC was broken.
There were quite a few issues with the hygiene and upkeep of rooms, the staff was pleasant and swift.
I have stayed at the property previously and sad to see such poor upkeep."
