「This hotel is located close to airport, and should provide free airport pick-up service as given in the hotel homepage. I asked for this pick-up service because I was first time in India, speaking no Indian and landing very late at 10:30 pm. I sent in advance 4 emails (the first email 3 weeks ahead) via Hotels.com to ask for the service, but NO REPLY at all. At the end it cost me a great effort to arrive in this hotel, short before midnight. Unlucky that I got a very noisy room in the 2nd...

「In general, it is ok.」

「Clean room and best shower I had in India. Great stay」

「Shops nearby was the only plus.」

「Needs more cleaning in bathrooms 」

「Shuttle bus cost 110rs room is not clean, saw cockroach in my room hot water only one bucket.」

「Cockroaches in kitchen bathroom and rooms. The helping staff is very odd, its as if you are a hindrance in their space. Very odd feeling while staying there. Only USP is the location. 」

「On the good side, the location is great. The metro access is across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful too. However, there was major refurbishment work taking place when I stayed. The bed itself was clean but the rest of the room needed work.」

「Very cheap」
