Not as per my expectation

The Staff is friendly but communication is terrible. We have been told there is luggage lock room but it wasn’t, we had to keep our luggages somewhere else in the airport paying more money. Also hourly payment was the same price for whole day stay and they said complimentary foot spa is not available 'cas we already included the discount in price!!! The last but not the least, every time you go out of hotel we were waiting on the airport rentrance till someone come and confirm that we are the hotel guests.
