"Love staying at this hotel although I only had 1 night this time around my stay was fabulous. I had an early morning flight and arrived in Mumbai at 10am the hotel were amazing and accommodated to have my rooms ready for when we arrived around at 10:45am. Food at the hotel was amazing as usual and we also managed to enjoy the sun set with a few drinks before dinner at the Italian restaurant at the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was anything but amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay on Marine Drive."

"What can I say, this was my 3rd stay at The Leela Mumbai, rooms were clean with plenty of space to move around. Staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Food at this hotel was amazing and plenty of choice for everyone. A big thank you to all the staff from the check in to the door men and a special shout out to the restaurant manager and staff. Definitely will be using this hotel again and is one of my favourite places to stay."

"I stayed on 5 May 2026 and arrived in the late morning. I would like to give special compliments to Vijay from the concierge desk, who was exceptional in his service and made a very positive impression. Overall, the service from the hotel staff , from the front desk, the restaurant team, to the housekeepers ,was warm, professional, and much appreciated. Unfortunately, the car service experience left much to be desired. I had provided my airport pickup details a week in advance, but no pickup was arranged upon arrival. I also hired a full car service for the following day, but there appeared to be no record of the booking. While I had a generally pleasant stay and appreciated the service from the hotel team, the car service coordination needs to be improved significantly to match the overall standard of the property."

"The staff is amazing and courteous. They are also helpful, bringing me to the room with no issues. The place is very clean with a fresh scent of breeze. The breakfast selections are also magnificent with tastes from various regions. I find them overall luscious, a lot more than having just pancakes, cereal, eggs, yogurt, and bagels."
