"Room was clean but the AC would make clanking sound. The plugs sometimes wouldn't work. I had to keep forcing the plug. The hotel is a little dated. I wouldn't call this a 4* hotel. They need to upgrade the hotel in general. The location was good."

"This hotel has few rivals in beauty. Only issue is the food. The restaurants are not so good and ridiculously expensive even by NYC and London standards. The room service options not great. Considering how awesome the hotel is, would expect better food options."
