「Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Loved the spacious room. We were there for the baseball hall of fame which was about 20 minutes away. We also went to Fly Creek Apple Orchard twice because the cider was so good. Kids loved the duck races. 」

There is a family feel to the inner courtyard/parking, as some residents make use of their porch while children pet visiting dogs. 「We picked it because close to Empire State Trail as we go from Buffalo to Albany and that they allow us to bring bikes into our rooms. Breakfast good, staff friendly 」

「The area around it seemed a little sketchy when were pulling in but would highly recommend staying here. Don’t let the surrounding area scare you. It was my 1st experience with a bed and breakfast. The owner/staff was great. Always helpful. Breakfast was delicious each morning. It was all homemade. Shower was AMAZING! Great pressure and extra overhead rainfall shower too. We found out from other guests it was her childhood home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. 」
