「订房时没注意到是套房，多订了一个房间，给了3个套房，浪费了。房间比较大也比较舒适。在市区，虽然不在禁行区域，但车只能停到距酒店较远的公共停车区，主要是码头那里的马路边，比较担心车受损，还好没事。吃饭很方便，去景点都不是很远，基本走路。」

「Hotel Ballaro is gorgeous; walking up the grand staircase into the hotel area almost feels like you could be a background character in Romeo and Juliet. 「A lovely comfortable place in the heart of touristy Palermo. My only complaint is there is no warning about the stairs and noone there to help with luggage on arrival. This should be mentioned. Apart from that- great. 」
