Room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - waters, clean towels, body wash etc. The building itself is small and entering was a bit confusing, but the staff was helpful. Parking in the lot below was really convenient as well! It’s located in a really prime location so everything you need is within walking distance!

We did not use the Air conditioning because it was cool enough. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are very friendly, even they don’t speak much English, but they tried to help us.

The location was outstanding, situated in the heart of the attractions with excellent restaurants just steps away. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard, ensuring a quiet stay free from street noise, and the air conditioning provided additional comfort. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with prompt and helpful replies, and we greatly appreciated being granted early access to our room upon arrival. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return.

Clean room , cleaning staff very nice , didn’t care for Angelo. Advertised soundproofed rooms and it wasn’t. Very noisy terrible sleep awake at 2:30 people above us. Great location able to walk to all sites. Lots of shops and restaurants right there.

Very nice property. Very convenient for shopping, visiting the sites, and dining. The only negative was getting to the unit. Traffic and narrow streets made finding the unit tricky, but the condo was nicely decorated.

very clean room, right in the middle of the activity on a busy street with lots of restaurants but room was quiet from that noise. we did hear the people above us they were quite loud. never saw anyone at the desk. wifi didn't work the first 4.5 days but at least tv did have English channels. very dark in the hallway unless you know to turn on the light switch in the hall. it will auto turn off after a few minutes. also, entrance is just off the main Street there is a little walkway between 2 restaurant and in that walkway is the entrance.

One of the best places we stayed at in Sicily. Loved how modern and clean our room was. The soap, extra pillows and hot water made a big difference--something you don't normally think about. The bed was also very comfortable. Francesco was super helpful and friendly with our check-in and parking inside their garage. Driving thru the narrow alley streets of Palermo is definitely not for the faint of heart. I will caution that it is on the main street with tons of restaurants and is closed off to normal traffic. It's both a bonus and negative. Great for convenience of getting to all the major sites and very easy to walk around, but can be noisy at 3am when the drunks are outside your window chanting. The place does try very hard to be soundproof, but not their fault when drunks just get out of hand outside. We still enjoyed our stay very much!
