「I want to give this place 5 stars sooo bad but we had giants above us and non stop all night the walls would shake, I am not exaggerating we thought the ceiling and the lights were going to fall off. We got maybe an hour of sleep- you can hear everything-cars, people talking, dogs etc plus whoever was above us moved all the time and all night. Staff was amazing beyond amazing. The hotel itself soo gorgeous.」

「Terrible hotel that literally gives preferential treatment to gringos and neglect service to Ecuadorian citizens. They should be more equal and fair with their service. A paying customer should have equal rights and treatment despite independent of their skin complexion. I waited with my wife and baby for service while gringos were attended by numerous waiters. We were completely neglected though still American with Hispanic physical traits. They definitely profile ppl and practice preferential...

「Unique historic property convenient for walking around the old quarter of Quito including the Independence Square and San Francisco Plaza. Note, traffic is frequently backed up in this area's narrow streets and your Uber or taxi may take awhile on the last three blocks. Spacious rooms, traditionally furnished, with modern bathrooms and excellent wifi service. Comfortable bed. All rooms face an inner roofed courtyard and have no exterior windows. My room also had an unusual glassed-in air shaft...

「Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel. 」

La ubicación a sólo unas cuadras de la plaza grande en pleno centro histórico. Así que si me volvería a quedar! Solicité transporte del aeropuerto que me envió el hotel y también todo excelente.」
