「The apartment was really comfortable, clean and in such a convenient location. It had everything we needed. Check-in and out was very smooth and easy. We like trains, so the view was so cool! The only thing that may bother others would be the construction noise that went on most of the night, but it didn't really bug us.」

「The main problem was the check-in process. They were not set up for Expedia certainly, not on a short term reservation. We literally waited an hour and 15 minutes till we actually got in to the unit while we were parked illegally somewhere outside. The process took forever to get an actual person on the phone and when that happened, they were sending link after link, which weren’t working and asking for payment after payment before we could get any information on the actual unit we were...

Rooftop pool was warm and amazing views of the CN tower (note it’s not on the tallest top, but a secondary roof area). Many food options within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Would book here again!」

「This is not a typical hotel you check in to. The people at the front desk don't know anything about your reservation so you have to call when you arrive and some telep5agent sends you forms to complete the reservation. I walked out. Completely ridiculous.」
