Se comunicó al personal del hotel que no estábamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitación y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitación por una mucho mejor. They even helped us have our rental car picked up at the hotel ( which we didn’t know we could do) and gave us a ride to the airport! 「Cumple con el propósito de viaje, cerca al aeropuerto y a un centro comercial 」

「Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. 「We purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!」

「This sweet boutique hotel is tucked away on a busy street like an oasis. The hotel is filled with art-paintings and sculptures. The food was excellent and the staff was fantastic! We would like to give special notice to Efrem and Alex, who went out of their way to be caring and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!」
