in a very convenient location in San Jose with restaurants and grocery store right across the street. Rooms cleaned daily and spacious. Breakfast included with variety and very tasty! Nightly price for stay very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great staff. It was clean and a get set up. Make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They have some shampoo but not conditioner. Nice little gym and nice pool!

I’m reading this. Hotel is good because if you’re into a basic hotel with a clean, comfortable bed, but without the thrills and without nice touches such as bottled water in the rooms, real coffee, mugs, or even a glass available in a room, and a better breakfast this is not your hotel. But the location is great and you’re able to walk to one of my favorite breakfast and lunch locations in all of San Jose. I would stay here again if it was the right price, but there are other hotels close by at similar rates that are just a little bit nicer.

Everything was good. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good, a lot of choices for everyone taste. The only concern was the parking lot, we didn't feel very secure about it, but nothing happened.

I checked out before breakfast was served. The hotel was conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and shops around it. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Getting here by Uber from the airport took 1 hr due to traffic congestions in the late afternoon. But going to the airport in the early morning hour (before 6 am) took only 15 min. Overall, it was a nice stay and the hotel and room condition are as one would expect of a Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel staff were unfriendly and did not know any English making check-in difficult. They have complementary coffee and they did not. They only had coffee with breakfast. The only things that we didn’t enjoy were the beds and the gym was decent, but the pool was not that nice. If we return to Costa Rica, we would not stay here again.

We stood here before flying back home from spending a week in costa rica. My wife wanted a clean cheap hotel not to far from the airport for our early morning flight home. This hotel delivered it was clean and felt safe. It was about 15 minutes to our rental car company by the airport so it delivered on location. There were plenty of eating locations and a mall located about 15 mins away as well that we visited that evening. Overall we would visit this location again

Great hotel stay

Great new hotel in a convenient location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Comfortable beds with pillow options (firm or soft) A/C and hot water worked great, good standard free hot hotel breakfast. The pool is small but refreshing and a lovely way to pass time while waiting for a flight. I would stay here again.

This holiday inn is so nice and well maintained. There are so many restaurants nearby and it’s nice and safe to walk around. The room didn’t have great lighting but had a lot of closet areas.

Convenient easy access. Quick check in, and very polite staff. It has pretty much all you need. Couple of little things that lacked like only 1 cup for coffee in the room, few sugar packages, takes time for staff to get anything like extra towels. Breakfast it's just ok. No coffee available in lobby, only in restaurant area during breakfast hours (not convenient) But overall a good place to stay at.
