Good service and excellent views, the the place is not convenient to anything. You do need a car to be there, and nothing is within walking distance. That said, there are no side walks and it is dangerous to walk. Also, parking is limited, so be sure to call in to say you have a car. The cicadas were particularly loud the day we were there. The decibel level was between 75-85 db, which I realize, there is nothing they can do about it short of getting sound proof windows. Staff is very nice, and professional. Breakfast was good.

This is my absolute favorite hotel, when staying in the San Jose area. The pool and gardens are beautiful and filled with butterflies. The friendly cats and dog are delightful. The pool is beautiful and there is an incredible view of the city skyline through Palm trees from the pool and pool deck. And I can’t say enough good things about, the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. For the price, this is one of the very best hotels I have experienced anywhere in the world. And that is saying a lot because I’ve stayed in hotels in 40 countries.

It was a peaceful location with a stunning view of San Jose. The staff made us feel like this was our home. We will stay here every time we are in San Jose!!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with so much charm and comfort incredible city views of San Jose and a great pool. The free breakfast was delicious. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Wanted take out food for dinner and decided to stay at the hotel and the staff ordered it for us.

An absolutely beautiful oasis looking down on the city, you truly won’t find a better place to stay in San Jose. Charming rooms, lovely sitting areas and the best views of the city from the pool area.
