They handled several complaints with great respect, concern, and care. Very accommodating. The breakfast is hearty. I have stayed here before several times and liked the bathtubs. I was disappointed they have removed most bathtubs.

Relaxing stay

This was the relaxing experience i was looking for after a short business trip. The service was excellent and the warm pool was amazing. I wish i had more time to take advantage of the longer day trips that the front desk can arrange. I also loved the neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants within 20 minutes walk.

I’ve stayed here many times, the experience is always excellent. The staff is very professional and accommodating. Especially at the breakfast buffet, they are Muy bien! The property is in a very safe area of San Jose, Escazu. There’s two pools and a fully equipped exercise room. I highly recommend this place.
