The hotel and the room was very clean and beautiful. The heater in the room was not working. The swimming pool was cold and I couldn’t use it also the swimming pool erea looked like is more for to look at it and trans passing way to the restaurant. Overall the place is beautiful clean and people who work there super nice.

Very clean and beautiful. Stuff is friendly. Nice breakfast. The pool is not heated. I was planning to swim but could not as the water was too cold and the pool erea was not inviting to tan or swim.

The location was perfect, just far enough out of town (San Jose) but near enough to grab a cab for a short ride to museums. Staff did everything for you, bed was comfortable, pool was clean, excellent breakfast, and several fine restaurants with in walking distance. Can not say enough about the entire staff.
