「This was the worst experience we have had at a hotel in a long time. We were booked into a suite on the second floor which could only be reached by outside steps which were uneven and rough (no elevator). Although the rooms were very large and had a kitchenette, there were absolutely no plates, pots, pans, utensils, or anything else of any kind in the kitchen area.
