「Employees and service was nice, location was great. Room was run down, no lock on bathroom door, exhaust fan didnt work, bathrrom door would not stay open, and there was noisy construction early every morning except Sunday waking everyone up. 」

「Very modern and amenity filled room. It had options for streaming on TV. My suite had a complimentary book, a nice touch, as well as a wet bar. A couple of minor downsides, only even worth mentioning because of the higher price point: No refrigerator in the room, which kind of seems petty but I appreciate that; the shower had no storage for personal toiletries or razor, nor a place for a female to easily rest a leg to shave. Other than that, there were just as many if not more thoughtful...

「The front desk and rooftop staff. The room was clean and updated. But you need to replace the hallway carpets when your budget permits. 」

「The property was clean, modern and spacious. The staff was friendly, and the location was walkable to the convention center and Broadway. I did not like the online check in process. Having to send pictures of my driver's license was invasive and makes me feel open to identity theft. In addition, the apartment did not have any closets or hangers. So, every morning each of us had to take a turn on the ironing board before our convention. Not ideal. Overall, I liked my stay. I'd consider staying...

「Everything was so close and in walking distance. Not too far from the Main Street and just close enough that you don’t hear the noise. Reception personnel always available and kind. Checking in was so easy! Def recommend this stay! 」

「Loved that a golf cart from hotel would take you near Btoadway. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「The staff were great, but the hotel was under construction so it wasn’t as nice as it could have been. The one thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door was like a sliding barn door and there was no way to secure it when you close it. The door was also noisy opening and closing it in the middle of the night. I was afraid I was going to wake my wife up. 」
