Definitely a unique hotel experience that I'd do again. Loved my room- clean, inviting, and a kitchen to boot! It was perfect for my overnight stay. The hotel was conveniently located for my visit. There was a bit of confusion though when one set of documents stated that I'd get an access code 48 hours before my arrival, but when I text the same day I was told I'd get my access code the same day 30 minutes before my check-in. I'd book with them again if I'm in that area of Nashville for a trip.

The room was very nice and loved the decor. Bed was super comfy. Balcony in every room was a plus! If you need a full kitchen this is your place. We did not but it was nice to have a full sized fridge. The shower pressure was good. Loved the outdoor games and closed in backyard type atmosphere.

Was pretty dirty no staff not a good area building was knew but really not clean dead bird in front of door and the balcony was wide open when I got there who knows what was coming in and out of room and definitely not walking distance to bars! Only nice thing was we could park right infront! Lots of homeless in area! And building had a funky smell! Chairs on patio were metal bars not comfortable! I would never go there again

Room was clean, parking lot was paid but in direct eyesight from the building which was nice. Everything worked like it should as far as getting into the room and building.

Had to pay to park across the street. There is parking in front of the hotel but it's first come first serve so there was never an empty space. Communication was hard to do with the staff had to keep calling phone numbers to find out how to get in and most of the time no one answered. Beds were comfortable and room was clean

This stay was amazing! I enjoyed being on the ground floor while having our car right outside our door for convenience. Next time I hope to have a higher level balcony to be able to better enjoy sitting outside without people walking by. The bed was amazing and comfortable. It always smelled so good walking into lobby. We also loved that Kroger was within walking distance and used this to our advantage!

All my communication with the Soundry was via text after I made the reservation. Instead of reading further, I assumed it was like any other hotel accomodation. It is not. As they tell you, check-in is at 4 pm. The hotel does not have a guest lobby with receptionist and you cannot enter until you receive a code to open the front door. There is a big QR code outside the front door which does not lead to anything except a greeting. And, communication is via a 'bot. So, it is a pretty cold, rather than welcoming rental. The room itself was clean and well appointed. There's no light by the bed, only an overhead. To watch tv you must login to one of your own streaming applications. There is street parking available. An interesting thing is the back of the hotel is full of Weber grills, lawn furniture and a few picnic tables. In the lobby area there is a popcorn machine with no popcorn, a coffee pot with no coffee and a vending machine where you give your credit card and then it senses, and charges you for what it thinks you selected. Would I stay here again? Probably not. I like to think I am a valued guest. I felt like I was in a factory run by robots.

Close to Broadway and very accessible. We were only there for one night. Hit a snag when checking in because the access cod we were provided was incomplete but a live rep was available when I called the phone number provided and she was very helpful and able to quickly rectify. My sons and I enjoyed a game of pickleball in the morning prior to checking out. Beds were comfortable but someone that prefers a very firm mattress would probably not be thrilled. Room was nice and clean with a view of downtown when you’re out on the balcony. Shower and bathroom was nice

We really liked this place. Met all our expectations. Access was easy. Parking was easy. We didn't take a pet but we saw a few pets enter. The suite was large and beds were comfortable. Cooking utensils and everything we needed was available. The grocery store is right across the street and Broadway is a 30 min walk.

Staff is only there for daytime hours and it’s only housekeeping staff. This property is self access via a key code. It was helpful to have a water bottle filling machine and snack vending machine in the lobby. There is a nice courtyard and accessible parking. There’s a grocery store very close by within walking distance and the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves and cooking utensils.
