The cleanliness and access to multiple games. Lots of bathrooms to choose from. Rooms were all great. The only real complaint if there is one to be made is the couch wasn’t overly comfortable, and awkward to sit in.

While we had some issues with this property, overall, it is a beautiful, modern, convenient place to stay. There were some pretty serious issues with cleanliness on the third floor (trust me you don’t wanna see the photos, but the bathroom had obviously not been properly cleaned in quite a while). The keypad on the front door did not work when we arrived (in the pouring rain and dark, that was not fun). Once we got an answer on how to get in the back door, we were told they could not fix the front door because that option was not available on weekends? However there are many positives to this property. Location is great. Although only one vehicle per Unit is allowed (which could be an issue with a 4 bedroom property if you are meeting friends there) parking is very convenient as well. Amenities here are really nice (comfortable beds and bedding, ceiling fans, modern kitchen, ice maker, plenty of consumable supplies, cool games in unit, washer/dryer, 5 total bathrooms, etc. They need to be a little clearer that there are potential mobility issues with some people (multiple flights of steep stairs) and some very nice looking, but extremely uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Smart TV is huge, but watching it on the low, hard, furniture shouldn’t be your priority here. Overall it’s very nice!

The property is set up perfectly for a larger group - which is why we selected it. The shared spaces allowed folks to be together without being on top of one another. There is a cute bar and coffee shop a stone’s throw away and we loved both of them. There were two dead roaches we found which did concern us but the property did respond accordingly. However we had no major issues with cleanliness otherwise. There is some light wear and tear around the unit.

Absolute 5-star stay in East Nashville! The property is spotlessly clean and styled beautifully with local touches. Loved having 4 spacious bedrooms and multiple living areas for our group. The rooftop patio is a game-changer - perfect for pre-dinner drinks! Location can't be beat - quick ride to Broadway but in a charming neighborhood. AvantStay's service was top-notch with instant communication. Everything is exactly as advertised. Already planning our return!

Dream Nashville location with luxury amenities! This pristinely maintained property impressed our entire group. The Nashville-inspired decor and open layout are even better in person. Rooftop patio was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening hangs. Super comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and having 3.5 baths made group stay effortless. AvantStay team was incredibly responsive and professional. Perfect balance of local charm while being minutes from downtown. Truly exceeded expectations!

The place was clean and well kept, just like the online pictures. I personally loved the fact that the property staff reached out via text for greetings and to make themselves available for anything. It provided comfort to me because the property electricity went out for like a minute or 2 and while on the phone with staff it was back on. Later we realized the door key-lock was not working and they instructed us to the physical key on a lockbox nearby. They also sent a technician to reset the door key lock. This being said trust that if you run into any mishaps they will be quick to respond.
