"This hotel fits our need for a clean, comfortable and convenient stop when we are in San Diego. The staff is accommodating and our room was pleasant and roomy. We have stayed here previously and this was by far our best experience with a large accessible room. We unloaded the car directly into our room. Most hotels in this part of Mission Valley charge daily for parking as does this one. The rate here was a little less than others. Only disappointment was that the restaurant was gone. It was a convenient amenity."

"I booked a room for my elderly grandfather and tried to change the reservation into his name. I called twice and even spoke with a manger but wasn't able to change it into his name over the phone because they needed me to come in person. I wasted my lunch break going to the hotel in person and was advised I had to do this in person because I booked through a third party. So ridiculous. My grandpa still had difficulty checking in. I am super disappointed and won't book my grandpa at Kings Inn again. It's disappointing. Don't hide behind the fact that I booked through a third party just to be difficult. Maybe offer better prices through your own website and people would book through you directly."

"The room was clean but the man never told me the check out time even after I messaged them 2 times … also the bathroom knobs were not working properly for the faucet and the door doesn’t open easily it’s very loud and scrapes the frame … the cabinet for the fridge was not working well and the shower head didn’t work well but whatever … also they don’t own the parking lot … I love this tactic … get ready to pay an extra 40$ on top of whatever the price is cause they charge it for your car and say sorry we don’t own the property …. They will ticket or tow your car if you don’t give them 40$ … just ridiculous in my opinion … "

"We got the Presidential Suite. It was perfect for our family. I think they could replace the pull out couch that looked like it was all worn out and dirty. The breakfast is always amazing and the staff was so kind and polite. "
