「Had a great stay in the Spa Tower of the Blue Chip Casino Hotel while visiting Michigan City. Room was quite large and clean. Staff were friendly and prompt. Definitely would stay here again!」

「The hotel stay was overall acceptable, but the room felt quite outdated and could really benefit from a refresh. The furnishings and decor appeared worn, and the carpet looked old and not as clean as it should have been, which affected the overall impression of the room. Updating the room and replacing or deep-cleaning the carpet would go a long way toward improving the guest experience. The staff was pleasant, but the condition of the room did not meet expectations.」

「Great location as central to highway. Comfortable beds and clean hotel. The A/C was not very strong as kind of old. The tv was not working but luckily did not need to use it. The staff was helpful with extra towel requests and very good breakfast.」

「The room and linens were clean and fresh. The cable was less than stellar, only 3 channels. The staff, the 2 gentlemen, were very nice and kind and accommodating. Breakfast was at 7 am, we saw and received nothing, not sure.」

「A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...
