「All members of the staff were helpful and courteous. The saltwater pool was clean and large enough and deep enough for a real swim. The continental breakfast was fresh and good. The mattress was very comfortable. Next time we will ask for a room facing the garden (back of the property) as the window treatments do not block the light from the hotel's highway signage and I need a dark room to sleep in. Otherwise: geat property!」

Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! 「Sadly, the Ben Miller is outdated and really needing a makeover. Straight from the outset, the front lobby was shabby (with furniture that was seriously in need of a change), the dining area resembled something out of a lodge in the Poconos in the 60's/70's (certainly not fine dining) with ample evidence of roof leaks and the view to the river having debris quite visible. Our room, while clean, showed evidence of much wear and tear; what stuck in our minds was the rust visible on the ceiling...

「The pool and hot tub were great! Perfect temperatures. I went on Easter weekend and they weren’t busy so I had the pool to myself, an unexpected pleasure. The room was exactly as advertised, and they left an adequate stock of coffee which is a must for me :).
