「There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. 「We had a short, but great stay at the Inn on the Avenue. The check-in was easy, location is great, and the host were super friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave very early in the AM, so we missed breakfast. However, we plan to return when we have a bit more time.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins swim in the intracoastal. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping on Canal St.& Flagler Ave.; the beach is just a few minutes drive; and there are some beautiful sights to see in the local area. We will be back!」

「What an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Melbourne Beach. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room, food outstanding. We stayed in the Sunrise room for our 40th anniversary and had wonderful views of the sunrise each morning we were there. The social hour in the afternoon was nice added touch with some great food and drinks after a day at the beach. Can't wait to go back!」

「This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up!
