「Loved everything about this place! It was so beautiful and luxurious, but really comfortable and relaxing… not pretentious at all! We had cocktails in the speak easy, which was such a fun surprise! 「There was zero amenities, no phone, no TV, no food, service, because their internet crashed. We checked out the next morning and you crooks are refusing to give me any kind of credit or refund for a two night stay therefore you don't even get one star. 「Our experience in this place was not what we were expecting. Our room was close to the interstate, and you hear all the noise, cars, semi trucks at night. We paid a good some of money for 4 nights and we didn’t get a good sleep which was the reason we stayed in this Hotel. We asked to be move to another room, but ended up on the same side of the building close to the interstate.
