"The place has potential but the room we had smelled like old motel room. Hasn’t been updated in a minute. The lady at check in was nice and efficient - but she was a low talker. I couldn’t hear a thing she said - other than it’s $10 parking. Why??? That’s just a straight up money grab. At least include it in the room and raise the rate - I’m ok with that. Place was ok but there are nicer places in that stretch. "

What was advertised was not what we got, there was no body soap in the shower no towel for the pool, the pool had green algae in it, the grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed in months. The chairs in the room covers over them and smelled bad the slider to the patio was very difficult to open, we called the manager and never had a return call, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy I’m sorry I ever booked my reservation here. "

"Motel not really right on the beach. We could see some ocean but parking lot was our main view. The rooms were very dated but clean. The walls were thin - could hear our neighbors next door and could hear footsteps above us from 7pm until 3am. The price was good and the location near the pier was good but I would pay more to stay somewhere else next time. "

"Windows too high to see out of, but with effort you can see the parking lot. Hotel charges extra for everything you can imagine. Included breakfast was barely mediocre. Staff very friendly and kind. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Cambria Pines Lodge. Our cottage was spacious with the added surprise of a herd of 12 deer lounging behind our patio fence each morning! The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff was warm and welcoming. There is a steep hill to navigate to get to and from the village, but it's just a few minutes drive with pretty accessible parking in the winter time. The lodge grounds are expansive and beautiful."
