"It was a typical traveler's hotel, close to the highway. The room was relatively quiet, except I was next to the elevator. There was one problem but they took care of it right away. All the staff, including the hospitality staff, were helpful and communicated well. The breakfast bar was terrible. Hardly anything there, and what was there was a mess. And there was a staff person there. I only went there on my third morning to get something but I walked away without anything. I did get an apple. I would stay again."

"Didn’t like the mixed responses of employees regarding charges to our room. First employee without hesitation allowed my purchase to be charged to the room. Second employee flatly stated to me that they were not allowed to charge anything to rooms. When I saw a different employee that evening, I asked upfront if my purchase could be charged to my room. The answer was an emotionless one-word “no”."
