「We had a lovely stay at the Club Hotel. Staff was very nice and even helped us carry our bags up the stairs. The shower and all the room amenities were first class. They have in room pour over coffee! A treat. There was a wonderful bar of soap that if I knew who made it I would buy more. Overall very happy with the property and staff. Quick walk to shops, bars and restaurants.」

「It was a nice cozy 2nd tier cabin, while we couldn't stay the whole night (turns out we aren't the outdoors type) we enjoyed the few hours we were there the main bed was unique as the bed frame was made of logs and just slightly taller than the mattress」

「Oh my goodness, everything was lovely! We went for my partner’s birthday and had the best time. The room was fantastic with a gorgeous view! We also love that we got to pick our room floor with the package we had. Super convenient to have a casino right downstairs and be able to walk to other casinos nearby. Having late night restaurants was a HUGE plus. 10/10 experience. We will absolutely be back soon!」

「I read other reviews and I thought how bad could it really be? i'm here to tell you it's worst. door locks are broken, the bedding and the pillows were terrible. Everything was dirty, and there was way more here in the shower than any of the reviews showed, which I couldn't quite believe.. Spend the extra $50 to go somewhere nice.」

「This property was nothing like the pictures on Expedia show it. It is dated and isolated. Not near anyplace to get food and I did not feel safe there. I had a 5 night reservation and ended up staying 1 night and then moving to a different hotel. I am still waiting to see if they will refund my money.」

「Never booking another hotel without looking at ratings before hand. Totally my fault. Gentleman that checked us in was good. Noticed immediately that there was 2 holes in the bathroom door. Shower handle falling off. We stayed 3 days and never got roome service (clean towels, more soap etc) I had to walk to the front to get more shower towels. Had trowel with door not locking and get more keys. Had to try several times. Then to top it off we got charged $20 because the towels we used had 2...
