「Love staying here when I visit Chicago. The staff is friendly, the building has a cool vibe, check-in/out is quick and painless. Unbelievable value for the location too. It's a 10-min walk to Union Station and the Blue Line is a couple of blocks to the south. And the book selection in the guest lounge is super interesting!」

「The staff member who helped us was extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us with your bags up several flights of stairs. One issue with our stay there: the first night was rather hot outside, and the AC felt like it was barely on despite us resetting the thermostat. However, the AC fully kicked on by the next day. Not sure what happened, but we appreciated it since it was August! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it very quiet and peaceful.」
