"Honestly, that hotel looks abandoned. The reception area is empty, the atmosphere feels heavy, and it is pitch black inside. The parking lot was nearly empty, and there were numerous cigarette and marijuana butts at the entrance. Honestly, I trust the app, but I do recommend doing a better job of verifying the current status of these establishments; many of them look nothing like their photos. The upside was that I requested a refund, and the support team handled it with great care and professionalism. 🙏"
