"Front desk was super helpful at check in. I asked about accessibility of bathrm in the room, and he switched us to a room with a larger/accessible bathrm on the first floor. I especially appreciate that he wen tthe extra step of bringing us to the room personally to make sure that it would work for us. I recently had knee surgery and the room was perfect, with comfy bed, large bathrm and seating options so i could do my PT. Parking was right outside the door."

"This is a very nice hotel located in a area that is easily accessible to just about everything. The hotel was being renovated but the construction started when it was supposed to and it was supposed to and was very well signed. We stayed in a renovated room that was extremely comfortable had a great bed and a new shower that was kind of cool. I've no regrets about this day whatsoever The staff was up front and amenable and we had a couple laughs about the construction, which took nothing away from my stay "

"I want to start by saying the staff at this hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The property is currently undergoing renovations, which I tried to keep in mind, and because of how kind the team was, I truly did not want to leave a negative review. However, due to how sick I became during my stay, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I prepaid for a two-week stay. My first room had a strong cigarette smoke smell, and the front desk quickly moved me without issue. In the second room, I noticed visible mold on the curtains and a strong moldy smell coming from the AC unit. I had to turn the AC off and open the window just to make the room tolerable. Again, staff were kind and moved me despite the hotel being fully booked. Unfortunately, my health continued to decline. I lost my voice, had watery eyes, congestion, an asthma flare-up, extreme fatigue, and even developed a rash. After checking into another hotel nearby, I felt completely better within two days. The staff did everything they could, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the room conditions, especially the mold and poor air quality, had a serious impact on my health. I hope management addresses these issues, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here."
