Staff, Barbara Jean, was exceptional. Bed and pillows are comfortable, good shower. I would suggest getting rid of glasses and switching to wrapped plastic cups. Glasses were filthy. Nice breakfast offered and the staff is wonderful.

Great stay!
Hotel is clean and neat. The desk/table was a bit banged up on the edges but the whole room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and linens are, as expected, very nice and comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean and very much appreciated during this cold winter. The front desk person was very nice.

This is a very good hotel located conveniently to the Concord bus terminal, which is how I arrived. The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious and quiet, the exercise room was good, and the food options at the lobby shop were all positive features.
