It’s a very good hotel that is conveniently located near Downtown Concord. However, they appeared to be understaffed and didn’t respond to our request to have our room made. They did have free breakfast and a nice pool. Overall, a good place to stay.

During my recent stay at the Fairfield, I found the staff to be consistently friendly, professional, and courteous. However, the experience was significantly impacted by an ongoing issue with the hot water in my room. Throughout my stay, I was repeatedly without hot water, and several of my colleagues expressed that they were dealing with the same problem in their rooms as well. Although the staff assured us that maintenance would address the issue, it was never resolved. Having to take cold showers and then step out into winter weather made the stay extremely uncomfortable and ultimately unpleasant. Because this issue persisted despite multiple reports, I do not plan to book at this location in the future.
