「Otelde herşey kusursuzca düşünülmüş. Otelin lokasyonu boğazın en güzel yerlerinden. Rahatlıkla tüm gününüzü otelde boğaza karşı oturarak geçirebilirsiniz. Yetişkin oteli olmasından dolayı sakin ve huzurlu. Çalışanlar çok eğitimli ve ilgili. Yönetim çok ilgili.Özellikle italyan restoranı çok yeterli. Kahvaltısı çok yeterli. Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. 」

「ホテルは、素晴らしかったのですが…部屋の掃除がちょっと残念でした。 5泊したのですが、初日に歯ブラシがありませんでした。このホテルクラスで歯ブラシが無いところは初めてで、かなり驚いたのですが、ホテル付近で購入しました。しかし、3日目の掃除の後に歯ブラシかセットされていました。有るなら、なぜ初めから提供してくれていないのか…バスタオルがない日もあり、電話でお願いしたのですが、30分も待ちやっと持ってきてくれました。ロビーで、バスローブが無いので、持ってきてほしいとお願いした時は、最後まで持ってきてくれませんでした。バスマットがない日もあれば、ティッシュが無くなったのに、補充してくれていない時もありました。髭剃りや、クシ等、普通のホテルに有りそうなアメニティーは何も有りませんでした。プールは大変素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフが誰一人おらず、バスタオルがどこに有るのか聞くことも、ドリンクを注文する事も出来ませんでした。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。私が日本人だから、イライラしただけかもしれませんね。」

「Location is bit far from old and new downtown even though they provide shuttle to airport but still need over one hour to all visiting points in downtown if you take their shuttle & metro unless you directly take a taxi. On the other hand, their shuttle stop point on airport is hardly to find if you're 1st time to IST airport, the shuttle will just show up on outside gate B 10 second every one hour, if you miss it you have to wait another hour, but the common taxi driver English isn't really...

「Front counter officer is very helpful when we arrived at noon. Early check in was given and welcome drink is already in the room. Strongly recommend to stay at this hotel in old town. 」

「Close to those famous and must-see places! Very friendly and kind staffs, warm atmosphere!(I always feel that along the trip in Turkey!) Good breakfast, you can see Bosporus Strait from the terrace when you have breakfast. Enough facilities,very clean.」

「Nice view of the Marmara Sea and the room has a private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. Room is big and comfortable. Staffs are helpful and friendly, and they can even call my name even i haven't show my ID when I arrived! Location is convenient, close to the Blue Mosque and tram station, while staying away from the noise. By the way, the lcoal Turkish restaurant at the corner has lovely food (a restaurant with a yellowish banner, dont remember the name though)!」
