"Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are big! My son is a wheelchair user, and was quite comfortable moving around a non-accessible double room with his chair. The toilet is definitely too low. Room was super quiet! No noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful! Actual hot food and actual fresh fruit salad (from fresh fruit, not cans). The only complaint: none of the 3 ice machines worked!!! That was frustrating. No microwave in rooms."

"What a nice room. Great jacuzzi. Big room. Great wood burning fireplace. Microwave, fridge and wet bar sink. Huge shower with double shower heads. Minutes from Philly. Would definitely stay again. "

"Our room was clean, but a lot smaller than I thought. Had to call maintenance because our sink backed up with what looked like feces and smelled like feces. We had to leave for a little bit because couldn’t take smell. Staff was great. "

"It's an outdated but clean hotel. The front desk ladies were very friendly. We didn't try the breakfast so unsure how good or bad it is. There was a lot of kids there from a soccer team, I believe and they were unsupervised and knocking on doors then running away. The dresser drawer in our room would not stay closed. The bathroom shows signs of age but otherwise not a bad stay. Thankful it was only for one night though."

"Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. They tried to get into the room twice though I’d added a day to the reservation. When I reported the problem to reception, the same woman (always at the desk in the morning) who lied about the pool was quite rude. Coming back to the room after a long day, the key didn’t work. At the desk, I was told, we locked you out. You need to pay the deposit on extra the night you added. They couldn’t have contacted me and politely requested an update to the deposit? What an awful excuse for service. "
