Arrived and went to the front desk to check in and realized there were no staff to be found. After ringing the service bell and waiting a good 5 minutes, decided to call the number listed on my confirmation email. The woman I reached on the phone explained that she was at a different location but would get in touch with a staff member where I was to check me in. Another ten minutes went by and finally a man walks in from outside and was able to check me into the room. The room was certainly not the cleanest, and I am being generous when i say that. The king bed had just two pillows on it, along with a very thin blanket- no comforter. Wouldn’t recommend

No refrigerator, no microwave, not even a coffee pot. The room was substandard. There was stuff splattered on the wall. The sink was clogged and we reported it the first night we arrived. No one ever came to fix it. Our room was upstairs and when we went to take the stairs they have everyone put the trash right by the stairs. There was trash piled up and overflowing. Not a very pleasant look or smell. You had to wait for maintenance to collect it whenever. Was not satisfied at all but it was too late to walk away because we would have lost our money for the three nights. This is the second Red Roof Inn we stayed at with similar experiences. Never again. I won’t be recommending Red Roof to anyone.

Hotel is the dirties hotel i have ever been to i first got a room that smelled like straight cigarette mind you in the front office there is a sign that says all rooms are none smoking and thats not even talking about cleanliness the bed sheets were all stained up and even had cigarette ash on it after i went to front office to complain the guy changed me into another room that was worse the place was and all out dirty place on our way to the second room there was a room with open curtains and a mattress standing against the wall with blood stains all over that kinda did it for my wife this hotel should not be in business

The lights didn’t work in the room. There was also bugs on the walls. On top of that it was a smoke free room that had clearly been smoked in. I will say the stay at the desk was helpful and gave me a refund.

I asked for a non smoking room staff said all the room are non smoking but my room stink really bad like cigarettes. It was only one towel. Walls had holes. Rooms looks really cheap.

Everything was awful, room, staff, amenities. Room not clean with bedding with holes bed uncomfortable only with 1 pillow per bed. The sink was clogged. The front desk attendant was not present not preventable and so on this is not a inn that I would recommend to any travelers.

An unbelievably bad experience. After a very bad check-in (inattentive front desk staff that appeared drugged out), we had to leave the hotel because of how shabby and dirty the room and property were. Drug addicts in the property. This property should not be listed on Expedia. We will notify the municipal government and better business bureau tomorrow

It has been my frequent stay for work and I’ve seen a de line since then, staff are nice and helpful but the cleanliness has been in decline, sheets and pillow cases are not clean and obviously reused?? Smell is just terrible as it’s smoking every room even if I clearly opt for smoke free/non smoking room. I’m still positive it could be turned around but for a couple bucks and someone’s offering a cleaner facility, no brainer to switch and be comfortable for another day of work just for a though, let your business shine and continue to be strong by taking consideration to our reviews, all the best!

If you need a place to sleep, sleep in your vehicle and park in the hood. But whatever you do, don't sleep here.. this is the jankiest place ever.. water brown, TV don't work, junkies outside, sheets are horrible & mold in the bathroom.. I do not recommend
