「A lovely little hotel a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the theatre and restaurants. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. 「Heerlijk verbleven daar tijdens ons 4dgs bezoek aan FOS Goodwood. Fijne mensen die het runnen. Parkeren deden we in de omgeving en was af en toe een uitdaging een plekkie te vinden, maar met vergunning wel gratis. Ondanks warme weer, zonder airco, met fan prima koel op onze kamer.」

「There were two restaurants near one Greek and one Latin American we tried the latter and it was good, the Greek one was closed Monday. Staff were welcoming, small family run hotel so personal. Nice bar area. Breakfast was included (continental) but they did offer boiled eggs or bacon bap or sausage bap in the morning.」

「The bedding and towels were lovely and clean, couldn't fault. The shower tray left a lot to be desired, along with the shower mat and windowsill. There was no way of opening/closing the windows as they were too high. The same with the curtains. A long bamboo rod attached to the top could help with opening/closing? Staff? Hardley saw a soul in the 4 days I was there. The breakfast was sufficient for what I needed.」

There was a fan but it didn’t reduce heat. Can’t fault how polite and helpful staff were with booking.」

「The hotel is not inspiring on the outside but is well situated for trains, buses and travel to the Isle of Wight. It has the feel of a run-down hotel which is in the process of being up-graded by the present owners.
