「Our second stay in this group of Boutique Hotels, and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was amazing!. The group of hotels have a small number of rooms, which makes them ideal for a quiet stay and the rooms are lovely and comfy. We had breakfast included which was nice and as part of their chain there is a local pub just up the road to have a meal in, should you choose. We had Sunday dinner there was lovely. 「I wasn't aware until I checked in online that the keycard was going to be in a lock box. All good though, seemless entry into property. The room was clean with kettle, coffee,tea, with UHT milk being replenished each day. Double bed with 3 good size pillows. The bathroom was nice, decent size shower, no issues with hot water. 「這次的Spa 之旅來到普茲茅斯沿海地區的連鎖旅館環境非常好也很舒適⋯⋯唯獨因為疫情關係蒸氣室跟烤箱沒有開放之外其他的都讓我下次還想再來住因為跟男朋友有點摩擦，也謝謝客服人員適時的關懷，還貼心送我巧克力棒，都忘了問那位服務人員的名字了⋯⋯到現在巧克力棒我捨不得吃啊⋯⋯是這次旅行中讓我最難忘的經驗⋯⋯」
