「Great stay! Booked very last minute and was delighted at the prompt outreach with check in details. Location was amazing and apt was super clean! Close to many great pubs, restaurants, supermarket (2 min walk) Monument is steps away and Tower of London is a few minutes walking as well as the London Bridge. The Tube (Subway station) is about 3-5 min walk and buses are the same - we basically took them to get everywhere and it was nice to have such a short walk home when returning from a long day...

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low...

「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」
