"On arrival, receptionist was onnphone. I stood there 5 minutes. Upon getting her attention, she came to desk. She went on to tell me in passive aggressive, condesending behavior, that there is a bell on door and next time to use that instead of "clearing my throat"...she proceeded to tell me her name was Jaden. Furthermore, the room I felt was not in best condition. There was a hair in sink, bug on bed...Kudos for having Dish network though....would not recommend this hotel"

"My opinion is jaundiced by the fact I texted the hotel in advance (did not get a reply) then when I arrived they acknowledged the message was received but I didn’t really need to change rooms. ( I was given a special needs room and had rolled them it was not what I wanted. There werenn no other rooms available but my request was not accommodated. The AC unit in the room had an annoying rattle and did not cool the room well. There was a sour smell I present in the room. Last time I will stay at Tru."

"I had a great stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Charlotte Ballantyne. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and modern. I would definitely stay here again."

"Internet was great, staff was pretty okay but a little rude off the rip. I want to reiterate that the gym and the hot tub were both disappointing. The gym was smaller than a king size room and the hot tub was broken. Tons of kids running around everywhere and the elevators were horrible to try and get up and down. The space was clean, shower was nice, people were friendly, they offered breakfast and evening food for guests which is really great and the staff seemed cheery about giving to the guests. Overall I'd stay here again. "
