「Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back.」

「This was a treat! This particular property is an apartment, vs a hotel room, which was perfect for our needs (in town for 5 days for a music festival). It has excellent security (a gate which you have to have a code to open, as well as a separate building code you have to have, then a code for the room - we felt quite secure!).
