「Enjoyed our stay!」

「Make sure to disclose the security deposit is per night ! Staff was not helpful in answering my question as to why . Breakfast was being closed down during said “ open time “」

「I made our reservations over a month in advance. We arrived and expected to check in at 4:00 pm. The front desk guy made me and a line of guests wait quite some time. His excuse was that there were rooms dumping out. I thought— that didn’t make sense because checkout time is 11 am. Then the same front desk guy put us in a room with an enjoining door. There was a dog that had been barking loudly for hours. So. I requested a 3rd floor room. The bathtub was dirty with hairs in it! I had to ask for...

「We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.」

「Staff made no effort to help guest with an arrival date error. Made no effort to request a manager. As senior citizens you can’t afford to lose funds.」

「The hot tub coffee and beds were comfortable. The shower creaked like it was a going to fall through the floor. The elevator wasn't working. We had to wait almost 2 hours for our room to be ready. The view was amazing! I would give this stay a 4.5」

「This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed! You will not regret staying here. It’s an adventure, the domes are beautiful on the inside, all the comforts of home, and the view is phenomenal. Better yet, you can bring your dog. I will definitely be back!」

「The owner bent over backwards to make our one night stay comfortable and relaxing. The Admirals room was small and a bit difficult to navigate the hallway to the private bath for the visually handicapped but was not a problem otherwise. Breakfast was excellent. If you have a choice I'd stay in the Captains quarters, a larger room.」
