"Great family friendly hotel close to St. Marks Square. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The room was set up nicely for a family of 4 upon our arrival."

"We absolutely loved our stay. This hotel is full of original character. The room was nice, clean and a good size. The air condition worked well. Marco was very welcoming on arrival and all staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was lovely. We took the public taxi boat from the airport and got off at Ospadale stop. Not far to walk. We got lost a few times when we had been out and about but its all part of the Venice experience. Google maps are a must! Very good location for walking to all areas. Nice quiet location. The bed was very comfortable. One tip for venice and other parts of Italy we visited, take insect repellent!! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again."

"Location good, most of the staff were good, particularly Francesco who was excellent . One of the reception staff was very unhelpful, we asked for our complementary bottle of wine he said that because it was from expedia rather than the Bizanzio we couldn’t have an ice bucket or glasses which I found shocking… for a 4star hotel!"

"Highly recommend!!! I recommend this hotel if you are staying in the San Marco area and want a short walk to major destinations and transport (less than 10 min walk to most places). The location is amazing as a home base. My room had cold AC, amazing WiFi, and was extremely quiet! They don’t have 24 hr front desk but check in instructions were extremely clear and sent to me ahead of time. Make sure to have cash to pay for daily resort charge of 4 euro a day. Hope this was helpful!"
