This gorgeous property was in the heart of the downtown area. Close to everything, everywhere, but not right in front where the boats come in so it's a little quieter. Private water taxi is available to bring you to and from the property if needed. We stayed in the king suite with a canal view and it was amazing! 10/10 will stay here again!

What a wonderful stay. Our room had a balcony overlooking a canal, which was amazing. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. The hotel was ideally suited for walking to shopping and eating. A water taxi picked us up right from the lobby! Will definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and large. The hotel has a great patio that is secluded from the chaos of tourists from the square. The bar has good drinks that are perfect aftee a day of walking. The square is a very short walk away!

Great location, only 5 minutes or so from St Marks square. Has a canal drop off if you come in/out by taxi. Drinks available in the courtyard. Staff really helpful for leaving bags and arranging a water taxi back to the airport. As everywhere in venice, really easy to get to anywhere.

This property was very quaint and a good value. Staff was accommodating and kind. They did have an elevator that was unexpected and helpful!! Room spacious, but could use a fresh coat of paint and new less hard beds. Water pressure fair, hair dryer from the 1970's. Towels nice. Other than the paint needed the room was clean. Would stay again

Beautiful little hotel, very clean. Our room had an amazing view onto the canal. Very convenient, just a few minutes walk from St. Mark’s Sqare and water bus stations. We had a suite, it was very well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, however not a great selection of fruit or veggies. Meat products served were all pork, and being that people from all over the world visit Venice, they should be more inclusive and offer chicken, beef or turkey cold cuts or sausages. If the breakfast is not included in the room, it is not worth spending 20 Euros pp for it. All in all we would stay again!

The stay in liassidi Palace Hotel is well located, pretty close to city attractions. This hotel needs an upgrade. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, me and my wife had problems to sleep in that bed. The shower door was in really bad shape, there was mold growing in the corner of the shower pan. The small fridge make a noise . Ac don't work properly or doesn't work . No hair dryer.

Issues

Not great! We love the location..our second visit to the hotel. The coffee maker had an old pod left in it! The shower door feel off and the shower holder upper was broken. We reported this at 7pm and were told a colleague would go up and fix it. This did not happen…so that same night we advised again and were to.d someone would be up at 8am. We arose at 7am and waited! It was fixed during the day as we did go out! We were not happy campers. We will stay there again..there were other issues but ….
