"The hotel was a perfect location. The room was very clean and the cleaners came in each day Unfortunately the airconditioning was not active and the room was very warm. We slept with a couple of windows open and shutters closed. The lical mosquitoes saw this as an invite to join us for the night and they had a feast The bed was also firm"

"The view of the canals was amazing. The place itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here! There is only one thing I want to mention. My kids told me that the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. Our bed was fantastic though :-) "

"The property was in a part of town that wasn't quite as busy. It was a ways from the popular tourist areas, so if a bit of a walk isn't any trouble, it was perfect, like it was for us! We had difficulty finding the address, which is incorrect on google maps, so be sure to follow the link they provide! We wandered for quite a while with no way to contact the hotel trying to find it!"

"This is a charming "bed and breakfast" experience. The family who runs it and the other staff are beyond incredible. We felt like family while we stayed there! We were taken care of from start to finish with incredible breakfasts, cappuccinos, recommendations and even private tours. This is the only spot I will stay next time I am in Venice!"

"Not sure this hotel actually exists. A sign on the door (which looks like an abandoned location) tells you to go next store to register at another hotel. Lots of steps, ask for a lower floor if possible. . Very good breakfast. Great location."

"This property is pretty but a bit far away from the main areas and tourist attracts. Night time is very quiet with no one around. It is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the touristy areas in the day and return back to quiet at night. Rooms were large and clean, our room wasn’t modern like in the photos which I was expecting but had a kitchenette and a large bedroom. Staff was very lovely and very helpful! "
