「I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door...

「Defect： The lights in the room are too few, very dim, not bright enough at all, not even a table is enough and there are few bathroom utensils. Didn't even provide hand soap. The suite we booked as a family didn't have a door... When checking out, the employee had a very average attitude and was indifferent, not proactively greeting the customer. Advantage： Dog friendly hotel and reasonable charge. The location of the hotel is very good, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. There is...

「nice and neat」

「We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor of a building that had no elevator & weren’t aware of this when we made the booking. No one told us when we checked in, either. Would have requested help with luggage before I schlepped luggage & parked car quite a distance away from the front desk.」

「I booked a king, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds room, and the room is too small. The front desk didn't tell me anything about this when I checked in. That's too bad!!!」

「Good kitchenette, free laundry services shower curtain rod was a little off center and internet can be a little slow but overall great stay」

「Absolutely wonderful hotel.」

「way overpriced. 50% of the rooms have freeway noice」

「OK」

「The bed was extremely noisy—every time I moved or turned, it made loud sounds, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was placed right next to the bed and blew directly onto my lower back, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. Additionally, even basic items like the orange juice at breakfast were extremely diluted and tasted like water. Overall, the experience was very poor and uncomfortable.」
