「Great Customer Service. You can connect with them via WhatsApp. Good location as most of the GetYourGuide tours starts from Las Ventas which is on walking distance from the apartment. Metro stop Ventas is also nearby that takes you directly to down town statio Sol.」

「This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. Apartment has a shop on the corner of block which sells...

「Good location, walking distance (10-20 minutes) to metro, buses, restaurants, shopping, El Prado Museum, Retiro Park. Room was very quiet and clean. A/C worked well but blew onto the bed so need to have deflector shields installed. Nice hot shower, clean kitchen, espresso type coffee maker. Would love an English news channel available. Would stay again.」
